The marvelous things He done
Inspired Moses to save those people under the sun
Had only 20 loaves of bread and fed the mouths of a hundred
Jesus let the blind see, the cripple walk, and went were he was wanted
He saved Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the fire
David danced so hard he never got tired

We need our minds on the works of Christ
Not these demons with money getting children enticed
It’s sad to see a 4 year old spit a Ludacris song
And do not know his right from wrong
Parents are influencing their children with hip-hop and rap
Exposing them to violence and seeing there momma get slap

When we get our mind rights on the true purpose of living
We’ll recognize that our life is just beginning
I wanna be able to pass the pearly gates
I want to know my true destine, my true fate
I want to hear job well done
I want to be acquainted with the Son

It takes a major tragedy for people to recognize the Lord
Jesus’ foot was washed by a loose whore
People giving their lives and taking others
Not respecting their sister or their brothers
Jesus is coming soon, sooner then we think
He can come so fast we couldn’t even blink

When that final day does come I wanna be ready
I want to ride that white horse, oh steady
Tomorrow is not promised and neither is today
Start preparing like it’s your last day
2008 should begin a new start
Lives come to Christ, change people hearts
I love my family, friends and enemies no doubt about that
